Emma & Laura met in 2020 in Cascais, Portugal. Both pregnant, both navigating life in a foreign country and both searching for community in their new home.
Emma is originally Welsh, with a Brazilian husband and a Portuguese son. The founder & CEO of Nanny Poppins, Portugals leading international nanny agency, Emma juggles motherhood, entrepreneurship and the management of the largest community of International Mums in Portugal.
Born in Swaziland, Laura relocated to New Zealand at a young age, and ended up in Portugal via Australia, Mexico & the UK.
When she’s not chatting on the pod, Laura heads up marketing for an AI SaaS company, balancing a career in tech with two young sons.
